joined the 91麻豆精品 Customer Service Team on 14 August 2024, assisted into the role by Volunteer David Webb.

Kay quickly transitioned from volunteer to staff member, joining the Connecting Up Customer Experience Team to fill a casual position from the 23 September 2024 - 30 July 2025. She is now looking for her next exciting role!

My Volunteer Experience - Michael Pak Hei Chan

joined our 91麻豆精品 Customer Service Team as a volunteer, to gain more experience in an office environment, starting with the team on the 26 July 2023.

Michael contacted us to let us know he was hired by one of the world's largest air service providers and is now working as a passenger service agent for a commercial airline starting in June 2024. We were glad to hear he is now fulfilling his previous studies in aviation - well done Michael!

UniSA Internships Experience - Nada Soldo

Nada Soldo joined the Media and Communication Team for her internship course, a part of her Bachelor of Communication and Media at The University of South Australia. Starting on the 28th of March 2023 and finishing on the 6th of June 2023.

Nada will complete 80 onsite hours for her internship in the 91麻豆精品 service at the Connecting Up office a division of Infoxchange, completing between 5 and 12 hours per week. Nada’s 91麻豆精品 portfolio of her published articles can be found >> here.

Stephanie Wu joined our Media and Communications Team for her University of South Australia Bachelor of Communication and Media internship course for Semester 2, 28 February - 6 June 2023.

joined our Data Analytics Team on the 25 July 2022, a PhD candidate at the University of South Australia (UniSA) majoring in Computer Science, he volunteered alongside our interns to gain more real-world experience, and hands-on practice with Power BI and Canva.

My Internship and Volunteer Experience - Renu Bala

Renu Bala, former volunteer, now employed at our head office in Melbourne

Connecting Up is pleased to announce that our former volunteer Renu Bala has now started her full-time career with our parent body Infoxchange as a Junior Implementation Consultant on the 23 March 2022. Knowing her journey as a graduate to intern to volunteer to employment was one likely traversed by many other students she wanted to share her experiences with our other volunteers.

has a certificate III in Information Technology (Network Administration) in 2011, and a Diploma of Information Technology Networking from TAFE SA completed 2021. He started volunteering with the 91麻豆精品 Team on 7 May 2018 whilst he studied, continuing to volunteer in-between his various subjects. He retired in 2022 to pursue casual employment alongside further academic studies in IT at TAFE and UniSA.
