Adelaide Taekwondo Academy (ATA) is the premier martial arts and fitness club in Adelaide run by Ruth Hock - 6th Dan internationally qualified and experienced Taekwondo athlete, a true local champion of the art and mother of two.
The focus on kids and juniors is confidence, self defence and discipline to stop school yard bullying in a controlled manner. But to all ages Taekwondo offers many benefits to health and wellbeing such as physical fitness, flexibility, endurance, mental strength, and community. ATA holds very high skills standards proven by technical and sparring competition results, ensuring physical and mental development to all members.
