Hours:
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm excluding public holidays
Eligibility:
Individuals, businesses, trainees and apprentices, domestic students, international students, training providers, universities
Fees:
Services of the Office of the Training Advocate are free
Access:
Lifts and level entry offices, Wheelchair access, Accessible toilets
The Training Advocate is a statutory authority established under the Training and Skills Development Act 2008
Our office has moved to a new location. However, due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we are not currently seeing any clients face-to-face. This will be reviewed pending changes to the current restrictions.

Services
- Provides information about the training system in South Australia
- Promotes the benefits of training and employment
- Offers independent advice and support
- Provides advocacy to address issues
- Mediates complaints or refers them to the appropriate authority
- Advises the State Government on ways to improve the training system
