No charges for Will preparation when Public Trustee is named as executor or co-executor. Government regulated commission fees and charges are incurred if Public Trustee acts in estate matters. Charges apply for preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship, tax returns and genealogy services
