Eligibility:

People with a mental health issue such as bipolar, depression, anxiety or who recognise that they are having mental or emotional coping problems.
No formal referral or diagnosis required,

Grow has approximately 20 face to face groups meeting in South Australia. Groups meet weekly at different day or evening times. Meetings include sharing and problem solving, learning about mental and emotional health through reading and discussion, support and friendship building. Online weekly meetings are also offered nationally. Grow provides in-service training for volunteer peer leaders. Confidentiality is respected.
