Midwife visits parents in their home, enabling mothers to return home from hospital early with postnatal support. The service is available for the first 3-4 weeks after the birth of the baby

- Information on formula preparation
- Neonatal screening test between day two & four
- Support changing emotional needs of the family
- Referral to other support and professional services
