Kaurna Plains School is an Aboriginal school which caters predominantly for Aboriginal students and provides choice for Aboriginal families in regard to schooling for their children. There exists a genuine cooperative partnership between school and community. The school reinforces and maintains feelings, knowledge and understandings about Aboriginality in order to develop in students a sense of pride, confidence and esteem as Aboriginal people.
