64th Annual Loxton Mardis Gras Festival and Family Festival Parade
Beginning in 1958, the annual is one of Australia's longest-running community parades and it's on again with this year's theme 'Nature'!
This year there are a few small changes from prevous years, with venue moved from the street to the Loxton Oval and free ticket registration needed in line with Covid-19 Management Plan requirements.
However, the weekend promises to be eventful, with numerous parade floats, market stalls and Nippy's Loxton Underarm Bowling Event. In fact, our volunteer Meika Bottrill wrote about the history and events back in 2019 >>here and the 2021 year will continue the celebration.
