91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· customer survey

In December 2013 Connecting Up conducted our annual survey in which we ask 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· users for feedback on our service.

We were pleased to receive almost 600 responses including many positive comments. Some interesting points from the survey are:

  • Over 90% were able to find relevant information that was useful and helped them to take action
  • Over 50% of respondents use 91Âé¶¹¾«Æ· at least once per month, with 22% referring to it daily or weekly
  • Information is frequently sought on topics of health and disability; personal and family welfare; and education, employment and training
  • Over 50% of respondents work in government agencies and not-for-profit organisations
  • Women comprised 80% of respondents
  • 80% of respondents were aged 40 years and over
