On Friday 10 December 2010 we closed the annual user satisfaction survey for , our online community information service. We were pleased to achieve a strong response - over 300 people from government and community-based organisations completed the survey. Overall we received positive feedback and some useful comments and suggestions. It's good to know that our service is useful - and to hear ideas on how we can make it more so.
