Australian Plants Society (SA Region) Autumn Plant Sale
The Australian Plants society is holding a plant sale on Saturday 13th May 10am to 4 pm at Urrbrae Agricultural High School, Fullarton Road, Netherby.
There is a very wide range of Australian Native Plants from a number of local Growers. They will include food plants, plants of local provenance as well as many attractive plants for gardens of all sizes.
A list of plants will be available on the website a few days before the sale
It is not just a plant sale, other attractions include:
- Books about Australian Native plants – new, second-hand and hard-to-find
- Free soil testing for those who bring a soil sample (surface and deeper)
- Advice about growing Australian plants and assistance with choosing those suitable for particular conditions
- Children’s activities
- Other Groups – Butterfly Conservation SA, Native Orchid Society, Wood turner, Garden tools and more.
