Multiple Groups can be created and added to a listing/record
Once completed, this enables exports to be sorted by a particular group
Add Council: i.e. West Torrens Council - the council is always added to the group
Add Special Groups: i.e. SA Housing, West Torrens Council Directory

Special Groups can be utilised to group together services that for example are helpful for Government departments for export of current service contact details.
Some councils create a directory of services for their residents that includes services that do not specifically operate in their council area but that may be of assistance to their population.
